Need clarity sooner? Priority 24-Hour Delivery is available on eligible reports.
Move your eligible report to the front of the queue. The 24-hour window begins after payment, completed intake and receipt of all required material.
- • Priority Delivery is subject to availability. If we cannot accept the Priority request, the priority component will be refunded.
- • If we accept the request but cannot meet the 24-hour window, the priority component will be refunded in full.
- • If additional or replacement material is submitted later, the 24-hour period restarts when the final required material is received.
- • Priority Delivery is offered as an optional A$49 add-on for eligible report types. It is not included free with the lowest-priced report.
